When does the 12 month start?
Each Umrah gift is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, allowing the recipient flexibility to plan their journey at a time that suits them.
How many days are included?
Options range between a guaranteed minimum total of 7 days to a maximum of 15 day packages. Depending on the recipients flexibility and availability at time of redemption.
Are purchases final sale?
Yes, we're unable to accept returns at this time. However the gift is fully transferable and may be gifted to another individual, provided the code has not been redeemed.
Can the recipient explore upgrades?
Yes, the recipient has the freedom to upgrade their package for a surcharge at their expense.
When will I get my order?
We use express delivery service for all orders, with secure delivery methods that require a signature or valid ID upon receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Are flights and visa included?
